It's a spacious 1200 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light.

This apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building, the entire space was furnished and decorated in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, two memory foam king size beds, a large 55" TV and 2nd 50" TV in the master bedroom. The TVs include local HD channels, Hulu Premium, Amazon Prime, Disney+ & ESPN+. There is a comfortable sofa with a fold out queen size bed, loveseat with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, private in-unit laundry room, and three season sun porch.
The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks.
The bathroom is clean and comfortable, includes a large rain-head shower, tub, granite vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair drier.
The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom.
It's a nice quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks from the beach, with off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities.
This apartment is on the second floor in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors.
You will have access to the entire apartment, the entire indoor space is private to you with it's own entrance and no shared space.
Outside, there is a shared patio space, BBQ grill, and back yard.

North Quincy is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is very close by it's less than a 10 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only two blocks away with a coffee shop, beer/wine/liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store. Many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts and a playground.
You can access our home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 15 minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore.
You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 min, the airport in about 15 min, TD Garden is 15 min, Fenway park is 25 min, Plymouth in 45 min and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic.
Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits
