Ein komplett renoviertes Haus namens Haus 44 wartet bereits auf Sie. Wir bieten auch Frühstück (in Form eines Buffets) an, das mindestens zwei Tage im Voraus oder auf Anfrage gebucht werden kann (der Preis ist nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten).

Erdgeschoss:
Das Haus betritt man über einen kleinen Flur, der zum Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen, großem Sofa und Sat-TV führt.
Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie außerdem ein Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile und großen französischen Fenstern, durch die Sie in den üppigen Garten gelangen.
Außerdem gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine separate Toilette und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank.
Eine kleine Treppe führt dann zu einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem eigenen Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Zu guter Letzt gibt es noch ein Kinderzimmer, das auf zwei bequemen Schlafsofas 4 Plätze bietet.
Dachboden:
Über die Wendeltreppe gelangen Sie in den Dachboden, wo sich ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Sat-TV befindet. Das Zimmer wird durch einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Weinberg ergänzt.
Garten (Fläche von ca. 1.850 m2):
Das Ferienhaus ist von einem großen, umzäunten Garten, 2 Pavillons mit einer Räucherei, einem Grill und einem 6 x 3 m großen Swimmingpool umgeben.
Sanitäreinrichtungen:
Im Erdgeschoss stehen Ihnen 2 Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Das erste mit Toilette, Dusche und Waschmaschine, das zweite mit Badewanne und Toilette. Es gibt auch eine separate Toilette.
Die Unterkunft, einschließlich der Gärten und des Swimmingpools, steht ausschließlich den HAUS44-Gästen und niemand anderem zur Verfügung.

3. Die Wanderung zum Gipfel des Mount Sedlo (726 m) dauert etwa 2 Stunden. Vom majestätischen Gipfel aus genießt man einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die Ferne.
