Ein atemberaubender Blick auf die nördlichen böhmischen Hügel, eingebettet in die authentischste tschechische Landschaft. Nur wenige Schritte vom Wald entfernt können unsere Gäste ein privates SPA und Wellness genießen. Vom Whirlpool aus können sie den Blick auf den privaten Garten genießen und dabei an den Weinen nippen, die wir selbst produzieren.
Wir bieten auch einen Frühstücksservice (Buffet) an, der mindestens 2 Tage im Voraus oder auf Anfrage gebucht werden muss (Preis nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten). Der Frühstücksraum liegt 300 Meter vom Ferienhaus entfernt.
Schlafzimmer und Zimmer:
Erdgeschoss: Das Haus empfängt Sie in einer geräumigen Lobby mit Zugang zu einer schönen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Blick auf den Garten und den Pool. Die Küche ist mit einem großen Esszimmer mit Kamin verbunden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das 1. Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Doppelschlafcouch. In diesem Raum gibt es 2 elegante Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche.
Erster Stock: Es bietet einen TV-Bereich mit einem Schlafsofa und 2 Schlafzimmer. Erstes Schlafzimmer: 1 Doppelbett mit der Möglichkeit, nach Absprache ein Zusatzbett in Form eines Schlafsofas für 2 Personen hinzuzufügen. Zweites Schlafzimmer: 1 Doppelbett mit der Möglichkeit, nach Absprache ein zusätzliches Bett in Form eines Schlafsofas für 2 Personen hinzuzufügen, Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Dachgeschoss: Der großzügige Raum bietet nicht nur einen schönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung, sondern auch Billard, Tischfußball, Fernseher, Spielzeug ... es ist einfach das perfekte Spielzimmer für Kinder und Erwachsene. Wenn Kinder diesen wunderbaren Ort nicht verlassen möchten, können sie hier auf 2 Schlafsofas (insgesamt 4 Betten) schlafen.
Garten: Der Garten verfügt über einen beheizten Swimmingpool mit einer Fläche von 8 x 4 m, einen Kamin und einen Picknicktisch. Oberhalb des Gartens gibt es einen kleinen privaten Wald. Das gesamte Gelände ist eingezäunt – Hunde können frei laufen.
Heizung: Wärmepumpe und Kamin, Fußbodenheizung im Wellnessbereich und Badezimmer.
Das gesamte Grundstück, einschließlich des Gartens (eingezäunt) und des Parkplatzes (umzäunt), ist nur für Gäste zugänglich.

Das Haus befindet sich in dominanter Lage des Dorfes und garantiert absolute Privatsphäre. Das Anwesen ist von einem privaten Hain und viel Grün umgeben. Es liegt auch nur wenige Schritte vom Wald und vom Beginn der Wege entfernt, die zum Gipfel des Sedlo (Geltschberg) führen.
Privater Parkplatz für bis zu 4 Autos. Nur 100 Meter vom Wald und unseren Pfunden entfernt. Das Dorf ist von unseren Weinbergen umgeben.
Ideen für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge
1. Ein einfacher Spaziergang nach Jelče dauert 30 Minuten, ist 2 km lang und führt durch wunderschöne Weiden.
2. Wenn Sie mehr Energie haben, können Sie den Spaziergang bis zur Ruine der Burg Lityš verlängern. Die Fahrt dorthin dauert etwas mehr als eine Stunde.
3. Die Wanderung zum Gipfel des Mount Sedlo (726 m) dauert etwa 2 Stunden. Vom majestätischen Gipfel aus genießt man einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die Ferne.
4. Ausflug zur Schönheit der Stadt Úštěk, zum magischen See Chmelař mit Sandstrand, zur geheimnisvollen Burg Helfenburg, Besuch des Kalvarienbergs in der Nähe des Dorfes Ostré.
