Refreshingly unique and yet delightfully familiar, the feeling of home will immediately embrace you upon your first steps inside of "Nashville Love". With beautiful details like exquisite brick mantles, a herringbone kitchen backsplash, and elegant tiling throughout the bathrooms, the rustic modern style featured throughout the space charms from literally every angle! The outdoor areas are equally as magical, with a breathtaking patio deck, a roomy sitting area and table, and (not one but two) fire pits, perfect for those cooler nights. There is so much to love about this gorgeous Nashville home and we cannot wait to host you here!

Layout:
The first level of the home is framed by a charming front porch and rocking chairs, perfect for those relaxed vacation mornings. The front door opens into the cozy living space which leads into the kitchen. To the left of the main living area, there are 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on this level. The first level also has a laundry room, and is connected to the beautiful outdoor deck. The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom.
Parking:
Free parking is available at all times on North 5th Street and is first come, first serve.
The Neighborhood:
If youwerelooking for a laid-back, artsy section of Music City, you came to the right place. East Nashville is one of the coolest sections of the city and is a great place to stay. This historic neighborhood is a hub of arts, local music, award-winning dining, and craft beer. The east side is just across the river from downtown, and it's the perfect place to find local music, craft beer, boutique shopping, and incredible food.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Summary: The location was close to downtown. The house is spacious, allowing for 7 adults (2 couples and 3 singles) each having their own room. We had a reunion of friends and cooked a couple of nights with the need of basic items like hot pads and kitchen towels - but overall everything was great. Thanks for opening your house for our reunion weekend!
