Just a short 5 minute Uber to ‘5 Points’ or 10 minutes to downtown Broadway and all sorts of other local attractions and amenities.
This four bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome will easily accommodate all of yours and your traveling companion’s needs. The open kitchen features a large island flowing into a dining and living area. Designer accent walls can be found throughout this stylish property. All four bedrooms feature either an en-suite bathroom or are located adjacent to a full private bathroom. There is plenty of closet space, comfortable beds and linens and multiple flat screen TVs.
The property contains a two car garage that will accommodate two small to medium sized vehicles. Additional parking within the community is very limited and is paid parking only. It’s best suited to groups utilizing ride share from the airport or 2 smaller vehicles only.

Summary: The condo is beautiful with very modern decor. It was perfect for our group. Beds were very comfortable and each room had its own bathroom which was a plus. Very centrally located. Drive to music row was about 15 min drive. If you don't have a car, there is not a lot within walking distance. There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants about a quarter of a mile away ( neighborhood is undergoing gentrification). The property is located within a block of condos. Lot's of people partying, so do expect some noise in the evening. There is also a train behind the property which runs at strange hours, so you can expect to hear that too. Negative: We booked Thursday -Monday, when we went into town Sunday, we came back to a locked unit! They deactivated our code. I called VRBO and they were unable to connect with anyone to let us in. I was given numbers for three separate agents and had to leave messages as none of them picked up the phone. We had made reservations at an upscale restaurant which required a credit card # to hold the reservation. We were celebrating a milestone b- day ( the purpose of the trip) and we're not dressed appropriately. When one of the agents got back to us, he was annoyed that we called. He had been " gardening." Apparently they thought we checked out that morning. Even though our reservation was through Monday. We missed our dinner reservation and we're charged by the restaurant for not cancelling within 24 hours. Other than that, great place!
