Our Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental is located directly on the Pacific Ocean, fronting on the famed Mission Beach Boardwalk half-way between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park.
Enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the sand and surf from our private patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom. You will love the first floor easy access to the beach (no elevator or stairs!) with a reserved parking space directly in front of the door. We recently installed new solid-surface flooring (no carpet!).
Watch the sunset from the patio. Seagulls, dolphins, and whales (when migrating) will delight you. We are so lucky to have a wonderful place to put up our feet and want to share the experience with you! We have provided additional information about the condo in our rental agreement. Construction Activity – December 2025
The building is currently undergoing repairs to the walkways on the second and third floors on the alley side (not the beach side). There is some scaffolding near the front door of our condo, but most of the work is on the upper floors.
We were told to expect noise Monday–Friday from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (no weekend or holiday work) through the month of December. As with most construction work, the schedule may change. If you would like to book our beachfront condo during this period, please be patient with this work as it is necessary to bring these areas up to current building standards.
