Our housekeeping crew is focused on making our home immaculately clean for your arrival. All beds will feature fresh, soft all-cotton linens. A total of nine rooms (4,000 sf) including a huge kitchen-family room with cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, super-equipped cuisine (gas burners) with wet butler's pantry & breakfast area. Dining room seats 8+, guest bedrooms feature private baths and kids room contains 2 bunks plus queen sofa bed. The sleeping areas at Little Palm Lodge are located in different areas of the house to provide great privacy for all guests. There is a 2-car attached garage with workshop, storage, bicycles and beach gear galore. Little Palm Lodge features 3 new SelectComfort king beds, luxury down comforters & butter-soft cotton sheets. Seriously, a good night's sleep is at the core of any great vacation and our SelectComfort beds & comforters will help you sleep each night like a baby. Our cottage-type furniture is over-sized, over-stuffed and slip-covered for informality & comfort. We want you to do one thing when you are a guest at Little Palm Lodge...RELAX. Our chef-style kitchen is stocked with every tool, pot, pan & appliance you will ever need. Our heated spa & pool will loosen tight muscles. Our outdoor hot shower will remove excess salt & sand. Our plentiful beach towels are king-size, high-quality & soft100% cotton. The upstairs Ocean Room features a wet bar, beverage cooler, bathroom with shower, open balcony with Atlantic views (also great for Canaveral launches) and our resident sailfish "Leonard" is on the wall keeping an eye on things. Enjoy cocktails by the pool or head upstairs to the "Ocean Room" and soak-in views of the Atlantic from the open balcony. The separate living room (not pictured) is devoted to the kids with a large open area for reading, games, art projects (our grandchildren created a carnival here to raise extra ice cream money from the adults!) You will find 5 flat screen TV's, several Blueray DVD's, Xfinity cable service plus Netflix & high-speed Xfinity WiFi. The pool is equipped with a basketball backboard for kids (young & old) and in the garage you'll find a workbench & basic tools, an extra refrigerator, 4 bicycles, beach cart, beach toys & cabanas. The laundry features extra high capacity washer & dryer. Understand that on this beach you will seldom see other people except from a distance. This is a beach with privacy a billionaire would love. The nearest public access is 5 miles in one direction and almost 3 miles in the other...NO FRAT PARTIES HERE!! Couples will love the secluded, romantic location near the sea. No traffic or road noise. Parents will be charmed by the convenience of spending so much time at the beach and in the pool. It is all right here at your fingertips and you can go back & forth from pool to beach in no time...it's a beach vacation on steroids!
