The Space:
This space has been freshly renovated and is ready to host you!
The first bedroom has a queen size bed, with fresh linens and plenty of storage. The second bedroom comes with bunk bed which has a queen sie on the bottom and a single on the top. There is a full size bathroom with shower/tub combo and the basic necessities you might need during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook in it!
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building..
Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.
The Neighborhood:
Chic's Beach is a true VB locals beach. It is a lot of fun and you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets each day. The waves are calm which make it great for lounging on floats, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and other water sports. There are so many local restaurants, bars and grocery and convenience stores you never really need to leave the neighborhood. On 4th of July you can see fireworks from the beach in multiple locations.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
