A new construction home in 2024 with quality finishes in a bright, modern & coastal decor all on one level on the Ocean Front, only 91 steps to the beach. Everything is new! Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the Ocean from the wrap around deck or great room. Sitting from the Adirondack chairs in the evening watching the sun set ☀️ towards the sound. It’s a short walk (91 steps) to the public beach to watch the 🐬 dolphins swim or seagulls & sandpipers. Our home features 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms. The third full bathroom with a tub is shared by 2 bedrooms.
The large Master Bedroom has it's own patio doors to enjoy spectacular sunrise views and features a king size bed and private bath. The 1.5 story Great Room features a wall of windows for a 270 degree view, a 55" TV with a sound bar & separate blue tooth music player with paid cable tv channels to surf. Ideal location with quick access to everything you need, less than 2 miles (44 min walk along the beach) from Fish Heads fishing pier & restaurant. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining for a party of ten. Close to the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet, Pea Island and lots of shopping, restaurants, mini golf, The Wrights Brother's Monument & Jockey's Ridge State Park. ***Towels & Linens are provided ***.
The beds are standard height, quality non-foam spring mattresses for a comfortable stay. We designed this for ourselves and not a normal rental standard as this is our 2nd home. We try to provide everything you need for a wonderful visit including things like spices, beach gear, toiletries, paper products, dish soap, kids games and more.
We have a dedicated cleaning person and this property is owner managed. We provide the linens and 1 bath mat per bathroom, but rent towels via a service. We also provide beach towels for your convenience.
The spectrum internet service is100Mbps with streaming /Xumo. We have 3 TVs, one in the master, 2nd one in Hawaii room and the large 55" in the main living room. ***Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season or otherwise noted.***
