Explore Central Mongolia in 4 Days from Ulaanbaatar

Summary: I organised a 4 day tour of Central Mongolia for myself and my 20 year old son with Enza who was amazing. She was very helpful, quick to respond and we felt we were in good hands from the beginning. The trip was well paced, the activities excellent (horse riding around the mountain a particular highlight!), the accomodation was good and the food tasty. Our driver, Miyegombo, was very considerate who took great care of the vehicle, drove responsibly and was very obliging when we needed coffee / bathroom breaks! Batbaatar was very knowledgeable about history, translated famous Mongolian songs and poems for us and shared Mongolian customs with us. It was a pleasure travelling with the two of them and we were able to include quiet / down time as well which was appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Mongolia and would love to come back (and bring more of the family!). I would thoroughly recommend Enza Tours!

From start to finish, Moon showed incredible patience, kindness, and dedication to ensuring our comfort and care. He not only guided us through Mongolia’s breathtaking landscapes and cultural treasures but also made sure every detail of our journey was smooth and stress-free. His calm presence, clear explanations, and genuine hospitality gave us confidence throughout the trip, and we always felt well taken care of. Traveling in Mongolia is an adventure, and having a guide like Moon made all the difference — we could simply enjoy the beauty around us, knowing we were in excellent hands. Summary: Took my 17 year old son and daughter, was a great experience. Highly recommend. Mongolia is beautiful and I didn't want to leave. Food was delicious. Alot of time on the road driving, as Mongolia is vast, but worth it.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic tour in Mongolia this winter. Amazing scenery and fascinating history, but also very cold. Would recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience Mongolia in less than a week. It offered a bit of everything and the guides were so knowledgeable/super helpful. Organisation and booking was done via email before arrival and made so easy. Would certainly use again when I return!

Summary: Amazing trip. Amazing country. I’m so glad I chose this company. Enza tailor made the tour to fit my needs 3days before I arrived. The tour guide and driver were waiting for me at the airport and everything was prepared. I loved every minute of it. The sights are nothing like I’ve ever seen, the families we met were extremely welcoming and my guide was so passionate about Mongolian history. He even guided me where to get a tattoo at the end of the tour and stayed with me throughout. I couldn’t have found a better guide. Thanks Naira :)

Summary: What an authentic tour through Mongolia it has been! We travelled by four wheel drive from UlaanBaatar throughout the vast countryside of Central Mongolia. On road and off road. Off road is completely off road in this case! We stayed at yurts at several nomadic families and could take part at their daily life, milking yaks and helping making cheese out of the milk. Tourguide Erden en driver Ogi made were very experienced and knowledgable. Another highlight of the trip was the Erdenazuu Monastry with the chanting monks and the many museum worthy parts of metal tools and pottery sherds,which we found on the fields of where Kharakorim was once located... The last day at the Przewalski horses was impressive, as I have been working closely with people involved in this project in the 90ties, and it was lovely to see how the project became such a succes, after initial struggles (wolf attacks in the initial years when the heards were hardly big enough to fight them off) End of September was on the brink of winter, occasionally cold at night in spite of the cosy ofen in the gers, maybe 2-3 weeks earlier is better time to travel. Tour might be hard for vegetarians let alone vegans.... food contains a lot of meat and milk products...

Summary: Wonderful experience in Mongolia!! My husband and I had a great time for 4 days. This tour includes everything so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Just we enjoyed the tour so much. Especially we could meet many baby animals like goats, sheep, dogs and cows… because this is breeding season. They were so cute..!!! The guide and driver are very friendly and helpful. They taught us many things about Mongolia. Thank you so much for the wonderful time in Mongolia for our first visit😊

Summary: First thing first - the guide & driver are absolutely great ! Their attentiveness, professionalism & dedication to their works are exceptional ! This was clearly demonstrated when I accidentally left my wallet in the camp & only realised hours after we’ve left. The guys immediately took out their satellite phone & tried to make contacts in the middle of the desert trying to get someone to fetch the wallet to us. Eventually I got it back within the same day. The level of commitment in serving the guests is commendable ! The itinerary is well-planned too. We particularly like the visit to a Kazakh family & the desert camp selection. Thank you Enza !

Summary: Travelling as a father and two sons (aged 14 and 10), we had a wonderful experience. Enza was great to work with in planning the holiday, including working out a schedule that well suited our interests and timing. On the tour we had a fantastic guide in Amy, and an excellent driver Ganaa. Central Mongolia is so beautiful and had plenty to interest us all - from the history of the ancient city, to the beauty of the landscape, the joy of meeting the locals and staying in gers, and for kids especially the riding of yaks, horses and camels!
