I highly recommend this travel agency and guides. I was due to travel in May but due to an injury had to reschedule, Mr Karma changed our visas, flights and tour dates promptly and efficiently. Then when we were due to take our tour political unrest meant it as unadvisable to fly though Kathmandu, he once again changed our visas, flights and tour dates at short notice. Our itinerary and guide and driver were excellent. Our guide Norbu was very knowledgeable, and our driver Nidup drove us safely around the Kingdom. Their humour and deeply caring natures made our trip very enjoyable. The homestay was a highlight of the tour. If you are considering a trip to Bhutan I would not look past this company. Karma is diligent, friendly and trustworthy in all his interactions. Norbu my guide was a great person and had an excellent knowledge of Bhutanese/ Buddhist culture and history and was really friendly, respectful and enjoyable company, you could not get a better guide for Bhutan. Sonam, our driver, was a really nice person also who had great insights into local Bhutanese life as well as being very friendly and respectful.
