Summary: I had a private, small group tour booked with Henry for late November 2021 for myself and a few others prior to a much longer organized tour of the area for the Christmas Markets. Sadly, due to the pandemic and shut downs in the region and our longer tour being canceled, I had to cancel our "pre-tour" day trip with Henry. Fortunately, we were able to reschedule for a year later, in late-November 2022. Henry organized and provided a lovely day exploring a few small towns outside of Heidelberg, wine tasting, enjoying a lovely lunch and visiting a Christmas Market while learning a little more about the region. He is laid-back, an easy conversationalist and made our first full day in Germany a pleasurable one. He also provided our transport from the airport (Frankfurt) to Heidelberg the day before when we arrived as well. Definitely recommend if you find yourself in Heidelberg!

Summary: Henry is among the best guides we have ever had in all of our world travels. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. We visited the best bakery in Heidelberg and several historical sites. Best of all, we avoided the larger tour groups and crowds!
