Summary:
I highly recommend this tour . Our guides Mandeep Kaur and Narinder Uppal were were polite and professional. This was such a peaceful experience seeing Harmandhar Saab, Jaliawala Bhag, partition museum and Whagga border. Amritsar is such a deeply rooted cultural city and integral to the history of India. Don’t miss the sights and especially the delicious food!

This was a great experience lead by a very respectful, professional and knowledgeable guide in Narendra. We loved the level of detail and insight he gave. We had an outstanding experience with Narender’s tour team during our visit to Amritsar. From the first contact to the final drop-off, everything was well organised with good communication, timely follow-ups and execution.
Our guide Mandeep Kaur was warm, conscientious and knowledgeable – with excellent insights about the cultural and religious aspects of Amritsar and the Golden Temple.
Highlights:
• Golden Temple: a beautifully managed visit with thoughtful explanations that enhanced the experience. Mandeep was even able to show us behind the scene aspects of how the kitchen worked and insights into its efficiencies.
• Attari-Wagah border: well organised, with useful commentary that made the trip enjoyable and insightful.
• Mandeep also provided helpful shopping advice and served as our communicator in ensuring that we were able to get our shopping needs addressed. She also shared with us delightful local street food delicacies known to only locals which would not have been otherwise accessible to first time visitors.
We left Amritsar with very pleasant memories and a much deeper appreciation for Punjab’s rich and proud history and its resilient people.
