Summary: Accessible Adventure exceeded our expectations for our Annapurna Base Camp trek! If you're looking for a seamless, safe, and unforgettable journey through the Himalayas, this is the team to go with. We began in Kathmandu, where we were warmly welcomed by the team. Hari and his son Himal, pillars at Accessible Adventure, ensured everything was well coordinated — from airport pickup to permits, accommodations, and logistics — it was all perfectly organized. The Annapurna Base Camp trek itself was absolutely breathtaking. Towering peaks, charming tea houses and villages, rhododendron forests, and sunrises that will stay with us forever. Our main guide on the trek, Shiva, was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the region, culture, and terrain but also warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about trekking. Both Shiva, and our wonderful, strong, kind-hearted porter, Raz, went above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment. They were attentive to our pace and well-being, checking in regularly and offering encouragement along the more challenging stretches. From our trek to Annapurna, Accessible Adventure helped us organize a trip Chitwan National Park, where we saw rhinos, monkeys, crocodiles, and elephants. We stayed at a lovely hotel that offered wonderful accommodations that by far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation after a challenging Annapurna base camp trek. We returned to Kathmandu feeling accomplished, humbled, and deeply grateful. Thank you, Accessible Adventure, for an amazing journey. We’ll be back for Everest Base Camp next!
