  • Children must be older than 5 and accompanied by an adult, making this a family-friendly but physically demanding excursion in the Seychelles.
  • Wear good footwear-ideally trekking shoes and water shoes-and bring at least 1.5 L of drinking water per person; light luggage only (towel, swimwear, camera, sunscreen, mosquito repellent). Flip-flops are not suitable.

  • Cruise liner guests: if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours due to your ship being unable to dock at the port of La Digue, you will be refunded 50% of the tour cost.
  • This tour is open only to guests already on La Digue or Praslin. If you are staying on Mahé, please refrain from booking since travel time to La Digue will not allow you to arrive on time.

Summary: Probably one of the coolest hikes I have been on. It is not easy but it is very rewarding and their is definitely an element of risk. Our guide was so cool and knowledgeable. The scenery was fantastic and we got to visit places we would have never seen on our own. If I ever go back to La Digue I would 100% do this all over again as it was such a good hike.
