Summary: It was perfect. Felix, the guide, was very knowledgeable and flexible about what we were interested in. We walked around the town square as he reviewed the history of Antigua, from the 1400s to the independence of Guatemala, then we toured some historic buildings. We told him we were hungry, so we stopped at a lovely cafe and had lunch. We also toured a Jade factory (bought something small) and he introduced us to Ruth, a Mayan woman who makes beautiful textiles. We bought a really nice one. Bargain! Offer half of what the seller asks for! This company also arranged the transfer from and back to our ship -- everything handled efficiently and with a smile. Thank you, MB Guatemaya Travel!
