Summary: Our olive oil tasting at Tili Vineyards was so much more than just sipping olive oil. The owner Maria took us out to the olive trees which were in process of being harvested and showed us how olives were picked. She then brought us inside to expertly guide us in the differences between brand new and one year old olive oil. But then the surprise while we were savoring the olive oil, out came bruschetta with yummy toppings, fruit, and other goodies to eat, along with a sampling of wine from their vineyard. A big hit with my wife was the sample of olive oil hand cream that Maria brought to the table. Wonderful couple of hours and completely worth the trip from Perugia to Assisi.

Summary: My husband and I spent 2 1/2 weeks in Italy and the olive tour was a highlight. Not only did we hear about growing and processing the olives we sipped wine and ate appetizers on the deck overlooking the beautiful valley.

Summary: This was a fantastic experience. Maria, the co-owner and Annalaura were so friendly and so knowledgeable. We thought we would just be tasting olive oil but they also brought out several delicious wines and homemade snacks. We learned so much and the farm was so pretty and everything so well organised. We enjoyed every minute and I thoroughly recommend it.
