Summary:
Our family had never gone rafting before, so we decided this would be a great way to celebrate our 19 year old daughter's birthday.
We were greeted warmly by Matthew and Kim the moment we stepped out of our vehicle and as soon as we walked inside. Matthew ended up being our very knowledgeable, comedic, and fun tour guide who made this day a memory we won't forget. We'll definitely be back next year!

Summary:
The way things worked out, we ended up on a private tour with Matthew who was an awesome guide. We had the river to ourselves and saw lots of Big Horn Sheep. Towards the end, we had the opportunity to swim but opted to just hang out. Everyone at Lost Paddle was friendly and made this such a great experience. This tour would be perfect for families with young children and first time adventurers. If you're looking for a taste of white water rafting, we recommend you give them call.

What a great outfit, led by a supremely customer-focused Kelly, who occupied our children when another group on our trip were running late, by sitting down with them and playing card games. She made a difficult situation fun. And then Gigi our guide on the raft was exceptionally patient with my nervous 10 year old.
All the guides were brilliant - confident, professional, fun and clearly love what they do.
When the rafts are pretty much the same, the river, the rapids all the same - it can only come down to customer service and customer experience. We got it in raft loads. Thanks y'all (in Gigi's words).
