Summary: Easy registration and straight forward transfer from Beynac to our start point at Vitrac. Also easy process for getting our equipment. Not much in the way of health and safety checks or advice but we know what we’re letting ourselves in for. Then onto the 16Km paddle down the river - what a stunning setting! Plenty of time to tackle the trip. Could be done in 3 hours albeit you can take as much as about 6 and a half hours (return by 1700) - so plenty of time to stop at one of the many snack bars or stunning villages on the way. We had all weathers on our trip but this did not dampen our experience. Thoroughly enjoyable.
