Great experience with Up Translados! We used the transfer service and the sheep tour! Super attentive and helpful staff, from Anderson and Letícia, who assisted me virtually, to the drivers, etc. I had booked 2 tours, but unfortunately we had to cancel the tour to the natural pools due to the weather and we had no problems with refunds.
