Summary: Kunal was a great resource and support during our trip to India. He worked with me on an itinerary and arranged for some great accommodations. The interior travel was seamless and we (two females) felt safe at all times. He reached out during every pick up and drop off to make sure that we were safely in the vehicle and arriving safely at our destination. I would highly recommend Kunal for your trip to India. He’s especially knowledgable about wildlife and was a very passionate guide on our Chambal river trip. Kunal is a very nice guy and a true professional. Summary: Some friends and I had the opportunity to take the Chambal River Safari hosted by Kunal. Kunal's passion for the river and its wildlife, combined with his vast knowledge, made this tour stand out. His insights into the history of the river and the unique species that call it home were fascinating and added so much depth to the trip. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon- an oasis of tranquiltiy compared to the usual hustle and bustle of Agra. The peaceful surroundings of the river, combined with Kunal's engaging narration made this a memorable escape into nature. Some highlights for me were seeing the female Gharial sunbathing on the riverbank and occasionally slipping back into the water, as well as spotting a variety of birds- my favorites being the majestic peacocks and Ruddy Shelduck. A fun surprise came when we caught a brief glimpse of the elusive Ganges River Dolphin, which was a thrilling moment! If you are looking for a serene and educational experience, I highly recommend this tour. It's a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure and learning!

Summary: We had a wonderful experience on the Chambal River Safari. Kunal explained some important details on the way to the river in the car that helped to give us an introduction to the river. We were surprised and delighted to see such a clean and peaceful river. It was exciting to see all the wildlife and especially the crocodiles and gharials. Highly recommend this off the beaten path experience near Agra!

Summary: One of the best experiences ever ! Was very surprised to see so much wildlife and our guide was so knowledgeable and let us use his binoculars too. It was amazing and so peaceful, even stopping for a tea and biscuit break was so serene. Loved seeing the wildlife completely unbothered by us. Summary: Our group of four adults and one child had several wonderful days with Kunal on the Chambal River and then at Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. He made all of the arrangements for us and wrapped in exceptional additional guides and knowledgeable tuk tuk drivers, each of whom went out of their way to ensure our wildlife spotting was fulfilling. Kunal’s knowledge and commitment to wildlife is commendable. As a Naturalist he was not only able to find and name the different species and help us photograph them, but was able to add the bigger picture of different aspects of riparian habitats on the Chambal River and similar in the wetlands of Bharatpur. He was also able to put all of that into even bigger cultural, political, and economic contexts, which is something the Geography professor in me greatly appreciated. Kunal is simply top notch in every way – from his up-front advice, close connections and networking with most wildlife reserves and sanctuaries, Naturalist knowledge, organizational skills, mindfulness, and personality. I will always turn to Kunal for any future planning, whether I'm leading a group or just traveling with my partner. I look forward to exploring more untamed areas with him.

Summary: Had it not been for Kunal from Travel With, we would have missed this micro Grand Canyon. As a Guide, he helped us take a well informed decision of our travel, timing and visit to the Chambal ravines and river, and also importantly for a wild life and bird photography session. When you get to know him more on your travel, he would stand out as one promoting ethical wildlife tourism practices and as one who advocates for the preservation of natural habitats while on your birding expeditions. Moreover, you can depend on him to identify and learn intensively while on your boat ride, all about the rare species that inhabit the river and its surrounding place and to name a few, those turtles, Crocodiles, Gharials, and the Gangetic dolphin being the bonus highlight if one is lucky. Birders and bird photographers will have a different treat under his 'guideship' and he wouldn't fail you too.

Summary: Despite having been in the area several times I was completely unaware of, and completely unprepared for, this hidden gem of a trip. Away from the usual tourist trails, this river cruise opens eyes to a large numbers of birds, crocodiles, alligators and turtles in an area relatively undamaged by “progress” possibly thanks to being previously better known for a different kind of marauding wild life (think Phoolan Devi)! As a bonus this all comes with the informed commentary of our naturalist guide, Kunal Jain whose keen eye and mind gave meaning to all the sightings. Highly recommended!
