Summary: The guide and driver made everything easy for us. They speak in both Spanish and fluent English. (I was the only non-native Spanish speaker in my group; however, I speak Spanish pretty well and was given the option of only using Spanish, which I gladly accepted. It was a great experience and opportunity for me to practice my Spanish. The guide speaks very clearly.) They get you to Chitzen Iza before the crowds. Our guide had a sense of humor. The driver always had a smile on his face.
