While we did not have time to learn some moroccan cooking tips, we enjoyed an authentic Moroccan meal with Chef Said in his lovely home in Chefchaouen’s medina. What a special, special experience! We recommend this activity *highly* because it gives another dimension to your trip to this delightful little town! Nothing like being integrated into the culture and seeing and tasting authentic fare.
I will add that I am vegetarian, and it was no problem having this accommodated for. My recommendation would be to take the cooking class - we really enjoyed the meal and look forward to another visit when we can learn to actually shop for and find the perfect ingredients for the delightful meal!
