Summary: My wife and I took a cooking class from Gina and had an amazing experience. We met her at the Les Halles Market where we selected a variety of fresh fish and vegetables for lunch that we planned together. We walked only a few short blocks to her apartment where we enjoyed each other's company while preparing a salmon tartar appetizer followed by sea bass with roasted peppers and quinoa. Gina was such a delight. She made us feel welcome in her home and we learned a lot about French Mediterranean cuisine. It was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation in France. Thanks Gina for such a wonderful time!
