Summary: Great way to see the city at night. Many of the attractions are not open but you can see everything lit up at night.

Summary: It was a combination walking and driving. We went to the highest peak and saw Cuenca lights, we stopped by to see typical roadside cooking, wandered along the river with nighttime vendors and around the main square. I appreciated the historic information as well as the cultural. Highly recommend.
