Summary: The staff were very friendly and well informed. They took the time to explain everything about the exhibits where they were stationed. The animals seemed very healthy and well cared for too!

Summary: Kenneth was great - he told us all about the process of making chocolate and coffee as well as cane sugar. He was very nice and professional, super friendly with our 9-yr old. We highly recommend the tour and especially him as a tour guide.
