Summary: Excellent in all respects! As world travelers we do enjoy the added cultural insight gained by the assistance of local guides. We would not visit Nicaragua again without Vapues! Rayna coordinated all perfectly. She was so friendly and diligent with daily texts as to pick ups and drop offs and drivers. She gave us total peace of mind. Oscar, our guide in Granada, spoke perfect English and was as informative as he was courteous and friendly with a great sense of humor. A man of many talents, he had an answer for every one of our many questions. He helped us with special requests. He met us at the border and accompanied us through Immigration- which can be daunting the first time. His encouragement gave us the courage to zip line for the first time! The meals included were first rate as were the hotels, all of which we highly recommend. There was nothing we would change. Thank you Vapues for service we can highly recommend to others!
