Summary: John provided an excellent and informative tour of the distillery and the process for making their hand crafted whisky, gin and other liqueurs. I would highly recommend the tour tasting.

Summary: Interesting and informative look behind the scenes at the distillery. Tastings afterwards. Lovely knowledgeable and attentive staff. Had nice lunch beforehand in the outdoor area. Indoor eating areas are great also. Little shop selling wide range of distillery items and other Tasmanian products.

Summary: We did the daily tour with tasting. Parking right next to the distillery, knowledgable guide and a great tasting. We have taken a whole range of spirits home (got them delivered to our house for free as we were still travelling).
