Book Your Dog Sledding Excursion in Kiruna

Do you dream of joining a real musher for a once‑in‑a‑lifetime Arctic experience but find all the dog sledding tours in Abisko fully booked during your visit? Don’t worry - Lights Over Lapland can help by offering an exciting dog sledding adventure with our friends at Kiruna Dogsled in the beautiful village of Oinakka, just outside of Kiruna and close to the world’s original Icehotel. Before Covid, Abisko benefited from several dog sledding companies inside the National Park, giving you lots of choice and availability; after Covid reduced capacity by 50%, only one provider now operates dog sledding adventures in the park and is often fully booked months in advance. If you want an authentic dog sledding trip in Lapland without the long wait, this Oinakka option near Kiruna brings you the same incredible sledding experience while making it simpler to secure your place on the trail.
