Meeting Point

- Weather and sea conditions determine whether the tour operates - the company may alter or cancel itineraries for safety, and no refunds are issued for program changes made due to weather, tide, sea conditions, accidents, or other safety-related reasons.
- Prior to starting the tour you may be required to sign a participation acknowledgment for legal/insurance purposes.
- For sunrise departures we must be on time: boats cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivals.
- Please note that boats can only pass Maya Bay; there will be no shore landings at Maya Bay while national park restoration work continues. An appropriate alternative location will be arranged until it reopens.
