- No-shows will be charged the full price with no refund. You may be able to reschedule depending on availability, but refunds are not issued for no-shows.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. Arriving late may result in a no-show status; if you do arrive late you will receive only the remaining time or the option to reschedule if space allows.
- Arriving late due to weekend traffic is not accepted as an excuse - weekends typically have heavier beach traffic, so plan accordingly.
- Maximum weight is 250 pounds.
- Sessions are scheduled with one person every 30 minutes. Book accordingly - overlapping bookings at the same time will be rejected.
