Summary: Do it, be brave, and enjoy! Arrived, got fitted up and went through the training course- which was really well instructed. The course had an amazing range of challenges. We went with 8 and 11 year old kids, and husband and I. Both of medium fitness and found the course challenging but doable. The high flying fox course- terrifying- but a good one to work through some fears, but if you have an issue with height, it gets very high! I wish I had known how high it went before the kids convinced me on it! But I did it! And felt great after that I had over come it. My 8 year old met the height requirement to do it as well and got permission, he isn’t a very fearful kid, found it challenging but over come the challenges and smashed it! I like that the courses were spread over a large space. The staff were great and I liked that there were guides walking around to help when you got stuck. Nice to see them encouraging younger kids as well to keep going and helping them. Really enjoyable few hours! We all deserved the ice cream after!
