- This course covers e‑learning, confined-water skills and open-water dives; PADI e‑learning fees are not included and must be arranged separately.
- By finishing this program you’ll be partway through the Open Water Diver syllabus - to upgrade you’ll complete the remaining e‑learning, confined sessions and two open-water training dives.
- Suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, but you should be prepared for basic physical activity in the water and follow your instructor’s safety briefings throughout.
Meeting Point
Meet at the Reef Oasis dive centre reception on the Al-Fujairah beachfront. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start so you can check in, complete any remaining paperwork and get fitted for equipment; your instructor will be waiting at the centre to brief you and arrange transport to the dive site.

Completed my open water PADI license at Reef Oasis in Fujairah in august 2023.
The facility is modern and very clean, and the team are outstanding - they really do make a difference, using their depth of knowledge to teach, keep you safe and most importantly give you an amazing time!
The diving was amazing, from the first dives in the calm lagoon area with hundreds of fish, to the incredible open water dives, with more fish than I have ever seen and even swimming with turtles - I could not have asked for a better experience and cannot recommend them enough 🙏

Summary:
We have dived with almost every dive centre in the UAE. I can’t speak highly enough about the experiences we have had with Samir and Karim. Most other dive centres it always feels like you are being rushed. With the team at Reef Oasis it feels like a day out with family. From the minute you arrive it’s so relaxed and never feels rushed. Then post the dive you can sit in the garden of the dive centre and enjoy a cold drink and bbq food. We drive to Fujairah from dubai and always used to feel tired when getting home. But now because we take that time to chill after our dives we feel so relaxed. All in all I would absolutely recommend Samir and Karim and the new gold standard of diving in the UAE.
