Summary:
Great way to spend a day fishing. Thanks to JJ for booking me on short notice and to Brandon for taking the trip and spending a few minutes reviewing casting with my son. Brandon is a great guide and works hard to put you in the spots to catch fish. He had plenty of fish on the hook and just enough in the net to make this a worth while trip for me. Even saw a nice brown bear at the take out. If you’re looking for a guided trip give these guys a call first. They have all the gear, just bring a lunch and a license and dress for the weather. We’ll be back next year.

As and avid fisherman and 46 year resident of Alaska's Kenai Peninsula, I've spent thousands of hours chasing salmon and trophy rainbows on the Kenai River. I highly recommend Kenai River Trout Anglers guide service and in particular, Owen Austin, one of their excellent guides. I had the privilege of fishing a full day with Owen recently and what a day it was! It's fair to say is was the best day of trout fishing I've experience on the Kenai River in many years. Communication from start to finish was excellent and we couldn't have been happier with our guide Owen. He put us on the fish all day and he was just as excited as we were every time we got a fish on the hook. These guys are passionate about what they do and it shows. Highly recommended!
