Summary: You can buy drinks at El Tavor w/o reservations or a room, and sit out on their patio and look at the grand canyon. We were told you needed a room, but that's not true.

Summary: The train is a great way to travel to the Grand Canyon. Ticketing and instructions were very clear, the guides were informative, musical entertainers added a nice touch. We had plenty of time to explore and do some hiking. We saw some pronghorns on the way which was fun. This train would be good for all ages and abilities. Much better than driving.
