- After we send your custom itinerary, a 15% service fee of the total tour cost becomes nonrefundable if you cancel.
- Moderate cancellation policy applies: 100% fee if cancelled 14 days or less before the event, 50% if cancelled 21 days or less, and 25% if cancelled 30 days or less.
- We recommend booking as early as possible for the best reservations - ideally 3 months in advance, or at least 1 month before travel; requests made within 7 days of travel may be canceled with a full refund if arrangements cannot be made in time.
- We begin arranging reservations once you submit the form, so changes may be difficult to cancel after bookings are made on your behalf.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before the designated meet-up time; you’ll receive the tour guide’s phone number beforehand and the guide will wait up to 30 minutes before the tour is canceled.
