Our pilot was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the process and surroundings. Take off, landing and everything was smooth. He even took pictures for us. Eventho just a 10m trip, it felt like forever inside the copter. I and my partner had a great time. Definitely would recommend it to friends.
