- your experience will begin promptly upon your arrival. please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your reservation so you have time to check-in
- show smartphone voucher at the entrance
- folks with recent back, neck and heart problems should check with a doctor
- what to wear: you will wear your flight suit over your clothes. wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers, or running shoes. other shoes are not suitable. if you have long hair, braid it or keep it in a low bun
- cancellation policy: please note that cancellation requires 2 days' notice
- women who are pregnant should not fly
- make sure your flight waiver is filled out when you check in
