Summary: This was a fantastic experience! It began with a local market tour, a stop at a coffee plantation and then to ghe beautiful family compound where the cooking class was held. We began with making an small woven offering basket with flowers and then learned how to make coconut milk and coconut oil from scratch! We then prepped and cooked Balinese, soup, curry, satay, salad and dessert! The food was incredible! We were given all the recipes to take home. This was a fantastic experience with lovely, knowledgeable, and very gracious hosts. I highly recommend!
