Summary: This incredible tour took us into the lush, tropical beauty of Knuckles Mountain ranges to five amazing waterfalls. Along the way, Roshan shared his knowledge and passion for his beautiful backyard. Not only did we visit waterfalls, we were taken to his village where rice is grown, stopped by a blacksmith shop, learnt about the floral and fauna in the area and walked through tea plantations. We were shown indigenous plants and spices used in creating delicious Sri Lankan food. Lunch was served by a beautiful cascade, this was prepared by Roshan’s wife and was absolutely delicious, the best we have eaten in Sri Lanka so far. The waterfalls really are incredible, coming from Australia, we have some pretty amazing falls but these were next level.

Summary: Could not recommend this enough! Had an amazing time seeing tea plantations, rice paddies and a variety of plants. The waterfalls were amazing, and the lunch Roshan provided was delicious and amazing to eat in the sun by the water! Learnt lots and super friendly tour host, number 1 thing we have done on our trip!

Summary: We had a really good experience with the Waterfall Tour. Roshan picked us up directly from our hotel and he showed us not only the waterfalls but also many plants and spices and gave us inside knowledge of the local people. We saw rice fields, tea plantations, 5 beautiful waterfalls, stunning views, and had an authentic insight to the Singhali and Tamil cultures in Sri Lanka. Roshan provided delicious snacks and an exceptional lunch made by his wife. We would 100% recommend doing the tour and it was definitely a highlight of our Trip!

Summary: It was a great day. It was a private trip—just me and the guide. He is a very nice guy and shared lots of interesting information about the places we visited and about Sri Lanka. We went to five waterfalls, each one incredibly beautiful and amazing. The views were stunning. These waterfalls seemed to be more of a hidden gem for locals—there were only a few local visitors, and I was the only tourist there.

Summary: We recommend this trip highly. Our host / Tuk Tuk driver was amazing . He stopped along the route many times and gave us in sight into the variety of plants and trees and the tea plantations . Then we had traditional SriLankan lunch at one of the waterfalls .

Summary: This is so much more than a simple waterfall tour! Rushan is one of the nicest people we met in Sri Lanka. On the way to the waterfalls you stop in the village he lives in and visits an local blacksmith, tea Plantage and bushes. We also made several small stops when Rushan saw a special plant/tree and gave us extensive information about the usage and characteristics. Now to the waterfalls. You visit one that is completely unknown to other guides and tourists, because also Rushan created the path to it himself. Needless to say we were the only visitors, but also at the other ones we were completely alone. At the one we stopped for swimming he even showed us a hidden passage BEHIND the waterfall! The lunch eaten in front of the waterfall was simply amazing, the best we had so far in Sri Lanka. Also you can take as much time as you want at the stops, there's never the feeling of stress to move on. Rushan goes far and beyond to create an unforgettable Sri Lanka experience! Summary: Roshan is a great storyteller who effortlessly share sights and stories along the tour. We were promised 5 waterfalls. On that day he wanted to bring us to 6 but after the 4th we decided to stop as our children were tired. We had a good time venturing thru the area. He brought along a parang to cut thru some taller, thicker grass area. It’s like going to a secret waterfall. We came as a family of 4, kids aged 11 & 13. It’s not the first time for our kids to experience waterfall but it’s our first time experiencing so many waterfalls in a day. And each waterfall experience is unique in its own way.

Summary: Amazing day with Roshan! He took us through his village, where we got to see the blacksmith in action and try our hand at harvesting rice. Along the way, he stopped along the road many times to show us some spice trees. He is so knowledgeable about everything Sri Lanka. We asked him many questions about the plants, the animals, and the country, and he seemed to know the answer to everything. The five waterfalls we visited were also great. They are very far off the tourist path. In fact, we didn't encounter anyone else at any of them! The provided lunch was very good and filling. Overall, this is a great tour if you are looking to get out of the city and off the beaten track. This tour turned out to be one of the highlights of our time on Sri Lanka. We highly recommend it!

Summary: I’ll be honest, OK? The words are not enough in here and I will try to keep it short 🤭 This was the best tour we’ve ever had in our lives. Trust me, book it and you will feel the same. It was a like a dream, still in shock! We have seen a lot, local villages, rice farms, local blacksmith, tea plantations, 5 waterfalls including a hidden gem, too many animals, trees and even the kindergarden in his village 🐣 Most important is that we became friends forever from the first moment, amazing human beings! Michelin star goes to his wife 😋 Roshan and his friend are very professional and they have all the knowledge and experience that you need!
