Summary: River Tubing in Costa Rica Such an incredible experience! The water was the perfect mix of relaxing and exciting, with a few fun rapids to keep it adventurous. The guides were so kind, funny, and made sure everyone felt safe. The scenery was absolutely stunning lush jungle, waterfalls, and even some wildlife along the way. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Summary: From the moment we arrived, Gerald and Glen were already outside waiting for us—even in the rain! They helped us park and made us feel welcome right away. We got in the van with them and headed to the river, where everything was ready: the tubes, the gear, and the good vibes. They took the time to explain all the safety rules and made sure we were fully prepared before starting the river adventure. The ride was absolutely perfect—fun, exciting, and safe. At one point, one of the girls in our group had her tube flip over. Gerald was quick to assist her, while Glen went after her phone, which had fallen into the river—and he managed to save it! After the excursion, they surprised us with fresh pineapple and bananas. A perfect ending to an unforgettable experience. We later learned that celebrities like the Kardashians and Will Smith choose this exact same river adventure when visiting La Fortuna, Costa Rica—and now we know why. I give La Fortuna River Drafting a full five stars and would recommend Gerald and Glen with my eyes closed. Don’t think twice—if you're visiting Costa Rica and especially La Fortuna, look for them. They are simply the best. Desde el momento en que llegamos, Gerald y Glen ya nos estaban esperando afuera—¡bajo la lluvia! Nos ayudaron a estacionar y desde el principio nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Nos subimos a la van con ellos y al llegar al río, ya tenían todo listo: los flotadores, el equipo y una excelente actitud. Se tomaron el tiempo para explicarnos todas las reglas de seguridad y se aseguraron de que estuviéramos preparados antes de comenzar la aventura por el río. El recorrido fue perfecto—divertido, emocionante y seguro. En un momento, a una de las chicas del grupo se le volteó el flotador. Gerald fue rápidamente a ayudarla, mientras Glen fue tras su celular que se había caído al río—¡y logró recuperarlo! Al final, nos ofrecieron piña y bananos frescos. Un cierre perfecto para una experiencia inolvidable. Después nos enteramos de que celebridades como las Kardashians y Will Smith han hecho esta misma excursión cuando visitan La Fortuna, Costa Rica—y ahora entendemos por qué. Le doy cinco estrellas a La Fortuna River Drafting y recomiendo a Gerald y Glen con los ojos cerrados. No lo piensen dos veces—si vienen a Costa Rica, especialmente a La Fortuna, búsquenlos a ellos. Son simplemente los mejores.

Summary: My husband and I went river tubing yesterday with Gerald, Carlos, and Juan Carlos - we had the best time ever! We were pretty nervous before doing this tour. I’ve always wanted to try river tubing and saw this one on Viator for our trip to the La Fortuna area, so I thought, why not? We went back and forth after booking because of all the what ifs and fear of the unknown, but we decided to go for it — and I’m so glad we did. The guides immediately put our minds at ease, made us feel totally comfortable, and earned our full trust. They knew exactly which routes to take to give us the perfect mix of thrill and safety. I can’t say enough great things about this family-run tour company. I’ll definitely look them up again if we’re ever back in La Fortuna! They offer other types of tours, are reasonably priced compared to others, and truly treat you like part of their family.
