Summary: The stairs into the canyon are pretty steep and can be a little scary if you're afraid of heights. Helpful hint, its a lot easier to go down the super steep part backwards. Its a pretty short section and once you're down you dont have to do them again. This was an amazing experience that I'm so glad I was able to do. The canyon is beautiful and our guide was great. He was really informative and made sure everyone was doing ok.
