Summary: This was definitely a hands-on experience I'd like to have more in the future. The recipes were very fun to cook. Morven always shaped our vision and approach on how to prepare components. Morven inadvertently gave so many practical advises, because she is a great chef. I like that a lot about her. Now I know how to cook a koka!

Summary: I enjoyed this class so much and the food was delicious! Morven makes you feel very welcome in her beautiful kitchen and puts you at ease immediately. Morven is a great teacher and her passion for food and knowledge of local dishes and ingredients was fantastic. The class is done in a relaxed way, it’s not rushed and there’s plenty of chat and laughter as you cook. It’s hands-on but help is there if needed and I was really impressed at how well my coca pizza turned out! It was lovely to sit around the table together at the end to enjoy the food and I left feeling excited to take the skills that I’d learnt and try things on my own at home.
