Summary: This was a really fun tour where I learned a lot about Mallorca wines. The tasting host, Sebastian hosted it in the basement of his wine shop. He used to be a sommelier so he was able to explain the pairings of different wines with different foods. We tasted the various wines with various meats, cheeses, jams and chocolate. We were able to sample several different wines. All of the wines came from Mallorca which impressed me.
