Manaslu Circuit Trek

Summary: We just got back from a 12 day manaslu circuit trek with Rabin as our guide and Mahesh as our porter. We spoke to Raj in Kathmandu who helped us plan the trip that worked for us, he was genuine and super helpful - everything you need when there are so many tour companies to choose from. It was an incredible experience, I can’t recommend it more! Rabin was amazing and ensured everything was completely seamless. The trek got hard at points and Rabin was always by my side, making sure I was feeling OK and safe. Mahesh was also amazing, and both Rabin and Mahesh became more like close friends over the course of the 12 days. Can’t recommend this company more - we couldn’t have been in safer hands and had the best time.

Summary: Could not recommend this company enough, Rabin and Mohesh on the trek were fantastic and the company team of Raj and Rabin made everything incredibly smooth. We arrived in Kathmandu looking to book Manaslu Circuit - after asking around 4 or 5 companies we decided that a mix of the positive reviews and meeting Raj in person with the package they offered, Nepal Trekking Experts were the right decision to make. Once we confirmed the trek with them we were immediately proved right. Everything was carefully planned for us. Communication was great. Then on the trek itself Rabin has all the experience you could want, as well being a wonderful person who is happy to chat about everything as you wander through incredible scenery. We hired a porter, Mohesh, who was amazingly cheery and helped us get through the tough trek. Couldn’t recommend both of them enough. We were unsure if a company having so many 5* reviews was legit, but from our experience it really is because the experience of this company and its team justifies the reviews.

Summary: We were in the group of 3 friends on Manaslu circuit trek. This was professionally organized with all the details. We appreciated communication, meeting before and after with Rajesh to brief us about the trek and then to give some feedback. We really enjoyed the masala tea, atmosphere and... the certificates :-) During the trip all was organized professionally and well planned. Our guide, Santos, was helpful, knowledgeable and always ensuring our safety and comfort. I think there is some room for improvements in English communication skills that would allow for even better experience and knowledge sharing. The price was also reasonable for what was included. I can only recommend this agency. We’re looking forward to our next adventure with them!

Summary: I went with Nepal Trekking Experts to the Tsum Valley and Manaslu circuit in Oct 2025. They were excellent in organising every detail, very professional and friendly and had expert knowledge of the circuit when the itinerary had to be changed due to weather. Our guide Rabin and porter Padam became our friends while trekking and added so many good memories to our trek. The manager Rajesh was also very helpful when reorganising the end of our trek too. Summary: We chose Nepal Trekking Experts based on my son's experience the previous year. It was an exceptional trip. All of our questions were dealt with extremely quickly and we felt very secure in the care of our guide. The guide knew the trail almost to the meter as he assisted us across stream crossings and landslide areas. We had numerous examples of how he would be at exactly the right spot to assist us or direct us among the multitude of paths then step back as we surveyed what must be some of the most incredible trekking on earth. We have backpacked extensively and this is a special place and the Tsum Valley is the most magical place I have ever been! I give 5 stars because I can not give 6.... we are definitely returning again next year. I recommend hiking boots and poles but you do not have to be in exception shape and the average age of our fellow hikers was probably 60....Do it

Summary: Trekking in Nepal with a great guide, is in my opinion, the difference between walking the mountains in mist & having clear blue skies. Nepal Trekking Experts made every day a blue sky adventure. Nepal Trekking Experts are an OUTSTANDING company who delivered an experience that I will NEVER forget. They truly cared & exposed me to Nepalese culture, even getting the opportunity to making my own Momos at a lunchtime tea house stop. Serves me right for asking how they are made! I did the Tsum Valley & Manaslu 21 day trek. From initial contact with Rajesh, the business owner, to completing the trek & receiving a post trek text from our guide, advising me on the best place to source great quality Nak (female Yak) cheese in Kathmandu, their communication was superb. They do trekking with care & focus on ensuring the needs of their guests are not only met, but I think exceeded. Attention to detail from pre arrival support, route management, accommodation & service at tea houses, they made sure we had what we needed, every waking hour. I would recommend them 100%. Price, service & meeting your personalised trekking focus, I would be surprised if you will find better. I will be using them again & already have an eye on trekking in April!

His knowledge of the region and its culture added great value to the trek. I always felt well taken care of, even in challenging conditions. Summary: We did the Manaslu circuit Trek with Nepal Trekking Experts, this company was recommended to us by a friend of our family. We do not regret our choice! - Planning: Radj was very responsive and flexible in the trek planning, - Trek: everything went well with Dinesh our guide, Ram and Harry our porters. Very friendly, taking care of us and making sure we do enjoy our trip. My husband get sick but we felt safe. Guides were professional and reassuring. At the end of the trek, we had to change the planning due to a local festival (it appears that the guide was also booked for the last day for another trek) but everyting was managed and Radj was very flexible on the planning for that last day (we get a private car to get back to Kathmandu and a hotel night in Kathmandu instead of the tea house planned). We do recommend this company :)

Summary: Amazing experience and great adventure in the mountains!! Manaslu circuit trek with Nepal Trekking Experts is highly recommended. The agency is an expert in Manaslu region, Rajesh made all the preparations very smooth. I am a solo traveller and he helped me to find a group. All the communication was very smooth and I always got quick answers. Despite the tight schedule, the agency managed to get all the permits, and we left for the trek the day after arriving in Kathmandu. Binod and Thakur are knowledgeable, responsible and funny guide / supporter who made sure we had the best experience during the trek:) We loved the nature, villages, mountain views. I would love to return to Nepal and explore new parts of this beautiful country with Nepal Trekking Experts
