Summary: Magical Tsum Valley and Manaslu trek. The organization from the office was done well, taking care that we only brought what was needed, and provided us with sleeping bags, down jacket, micro spikes and trekking poles. They were going out of their ways to be helpful, with clear communication. Our guide Shiva was always there for us, meeting and exceeding all our needs, keeping our dal bhat plates full and booking tea houses in advance during peak season, securing good rooms, food and providing us with security and opportunities to enjoy the trekking itself and the peaceful daily rhythm. The communication was overall good, going well in clear and simple english. Tsum Valley was a peaceful place and looked to be 20 years behind the tourism development of Manaslu. If doing it again, leaving more time for discovering less walked trails, with towns and views outside the tourist tracks would be something of interest. All in all it felt like trekking in a comfortable and safe bubble, made possible by good organization and guiding.

Summary: I cannot recommend Magical Nepal enough. Our guide, Ang Jeeva Sherpa, was simply wonderful. So friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble. Always with a smile on his face. Our Sherpas, Ngima Lama, Nima Lama, and Pasang Sherpa were all fantastic. How they carried our heavy bags day in day out, I'll never know. Again, always with a smile. We were so lucky to have the Magical Nepal team. Thank you.
