Summary: We have just spent 36 hours or so in the company of Greg and Sylvia. Their care and attention has been outstanding. They are passionate, knowledgeable, kind and fun and you can't fail but to have an interesting, and tasty, time under their tutelage. I love to cook from scratch and even make my own pasta, but I have learned so so much and am inspired to put what I have learned into practice at home. And the olives they farm are the best I have ever tasted. We can't thank them enough for giving us a

Summary: Highly recommended experience! We were treated like out of town old friends and really learned a lot about authentic Italian food and farming culture from this wonderful family of multi generational farmers. Summary: A truly memorable experience.Greg & Silvia so delightful.loved the history & story of the property, the tour was beautiful…so much passion & love.We were immersed in Silvia’s amazing cooking & knowledge of food. Also so entertaining & easy to follow & understand.An absolute gem.The end result incredibly delicious! We were lucky enough to meet Silvia’s parents.
