A bit difficult start because I had not received the email with the code but it only took one phone call and the team was very responsive. It was very nice to make this escape game under the sun though, it was downtown especially with a lot of people that day. We've been on the same street three times to answer questions, too bad... but the puzzles are fun and sometimes very funny. We had a great time:) Note: provide a tablet rather than a smartphone to have a larger screen
