Summary: Myself and a friend attended one of Christine's culinary classes (we chose the tapas class) and what an absolutely brilliant experience it was. The groups are very small in number so that makes it a very warm, friendly & engaging environment. Christine is the perfect host and tutor with her wealth of experience and knowledge, taking you through the creation of several dishes, which you then have the opportunity to make yourself with step by step guidance throughout. All culminating in a group lunch around the table to taste all the fantastic food you've created together and naturally take home any leftovers. A real fun, light-hearted & enjoyable few hours and perfect for both locals and tourists/visitors alike. I for one will be signing up for some of the other regional cuisine classes on offer.

Summary: Fantastic hands on class. Very well organised and led. Christine has a passion for Spanish food and together with her vast experience, delivers an excellent class. We all got to cook our dishes and taste them afterwards in a beautiful setting. Totally worth it and not to be missed. I am already booking for next year!

Summary: Booked 2 sessions here with Christine Leman, September 2019. Great listener, fabulous at being patience with the class of 6, and makes sure the lesser skilled cooks, are brought up to pace. You get to eat what you cook, and all ingredients are top drawer We cooked mussels, in garlic, with salsas, Parmesan crisps, yummy Super sangria, better than some bars. Visited last week, as was on golf tour, and delighted to see Christine has here private dining restaurant-perfect. Beyond great value for money, and great learning . Back in June 2020
