Summary: Nicole was amazing! She was funny and sweet and knowledgeable. We were so excited to spend the day with her learning how to cook curry chicken. Her house was amazing and so was her husband Adam. After we were done cooking we got to sit on her amazing patio with a breathtaking view of Antigua and enjoy the meal we (myself and my husband) had just prepared alongside with Nicole and her husband. If you ever plan to go to Antigua, go check her out. It is well worth the experience.
